"Samskrit Vs Tamil" Why there is such a unnecessary debate always?

.
Many times in internet I have seen debate on the topic "Samskrit Vs Tamil" language which is older, which is richer in literature etc .

I feel scholars fight to prove that the language they like either samskrit or tamil is old. For this they give lots of information and it is good, but I feel that this argument of which language is old especially when you compare the 2 languages like samskrit and tamil is not necessary because both are beautiful language in its own. Even if there can be comparison there need not be fight at all. If you like to learn from both the language then you get the nectar of literature so in fight do miss the nectar that each language offer.

Example in Ramayan
Valmiki ramayan in samskrit do not have love portion before Lord Ram broke the Bow. But in the Tamil Version of Ramayan by saint Kambar he introduced love before Ram broke the Bow. Prior to the Bow ceremony Ram see sita in a flower Garden, Ram fals in Love with her, Here Kambar says in Tamil "Annalum Nokinal, Avalum Nokinal" ( He saw and she too responds in a poetic way) . But immediately Rams' mind is worried as it says "Why you have fallen in Love with this girl may be she could have married to other person" but the beauty is now only....immediately other mind voice of Ram tells "No way, if I am falling in love with a gill, then definitely she should be unmarried only" this is the extent of positive thinking in love. that Lord Ram shown. Like this saint Kambar made beautiful love in the Ramayan and it can now be seen in almost all TV versions of Ramayan as Kambar handled this love portion in many beautiful situations within Ramayan.

Hence if you fight on samskrit Vs Tamil we miss all these necatars, so wise people will try to do debat gain more knowledge and learn from each but do not fight each other.

So next time when you see some scholars fighting over Samskrit Vs Tamil...be clear on one thing...."They are not real scholars".

If you are master of either one of samskrit or Tamil, then without fighting on your language skillls do study which one of the language you do not know so you will learn both samskrit and Tamil, the 2 worlds most beautiful language. Once you learned the 2 languages you do not have life time to read the literatures available in both of the languages
